چکیده

Background: One of the most prevalent and serious side effects diabetes mellitus (DM) is diabetic nephropathy (DN), which linked to higher mortality morbidity rates in individuals. Autophagy essential for survival podocytes. This work was designed assess autophagy individuals with type 2 (T2DM) without (DN).Methods: case control performed on 50 patients T2DM. They were divided according urinary albumin creatinine ratio (UACR) into following subgroups; Group IA: 25 DN IB: DN. Every individual who participated had a medical taking history laboratory tests including routine investigations Fasting blood sugar (FBS), HbA1c, Urinary (UACR), Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) C-reactive protein (CRP) specific Detection LAMP2 relative gene expressions peripheral leucocytes by quantitative reverse transcription-real time PCR (qRT-qPCR). Results: mRNA expression levels substantially decreased than those without. Conclusions: These data suggest that there inhibition pathway impaired may be involved progression
